Monograms should be entered as you would like them to appear. The letter
in the middle box will be the center, larger letter of the monogram. If you would
like a proper name, please enter that in the area labeled Name. For Simple
Notepads you will enter the Monogram information, and the proper name to be printed
on the bottom of the pad.
